Dr. Christopher Seitz knows what it feels like to be in the trenches of healthcare. For years, he worked long shifts as an ER doctor, managing chaos and seeing the cracks in the system that made it hard for passionate clinicians to truly thrive.
But here’s what stuck with him: so many of the most dedicated, capable professionals he worked with were nurses.
